6th     Thai Chicken Curry, baby sweetcorn, peas and steamed rice    (BUFFET)   

13th   Roast Rump of Lamb, rosemary jus, roast potatoes, broccoli, and  glazed carrots

20th   Traditional Christmas Lunch ( two courses – cost TBC)

27th   Diet Time !! – NO LUNCH

 

JANUARY

3RD    Grilled Chicken  on  a bed of  leek & mushroom risotto with broccoli and a basil cream sauce

10th   Grilled Loin of Hake on a sweet potato puree with steamed spinach & garden peas

17th   Mussallam Beef Curry (onions, cloves, garlic, almonds & ginger)  with saag aloo & garlic naan bread

24th   Roast Leg of Lamb, roast potatoes, winter greens, glazed  carrots served with a rosemary jus

31st   Dinner at Stoke Lodge Hotel with Partners (see EBoard for Details)   

 

FEBRUARY

7th      Breaded Scampi, chunky chips, garden peas and tartare sauce

14th    Chicken, Leek & Mushroom Pot Pie, with  creamed  potatoes  &  broccoli

21st     Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots & gravy      

28th     NO LUNCH  –  “Scatter Week”

 

MARCH

7th    Oven Baked Loin of Cod, baby new potatoes, wilted spinach & French beans

14th   Otter Ale Braised Ox Cheek,  creamed  potatoes, winter cabbage & broad beans

21st   Pork, Leek & Cider Pie, chunky chips & garden peas
