14th  Roast Pork with crackling, roast potatoes, buttered cabbage and gravy

21st   Malabar Lamb Curry with ghobi matar, coriander raita and crispy poppadom

28th  Otter Ale Braised Ox Cheeks with creamed potatoes and a fricassee of green beans

 

OCTOBER

5th      Poached Salmon with new potatoes French beans & peas served with Hollandaise sauce

12th   Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, roast potatoes, carrots, winter greens & gravy

19th    Grilled Breast of Chicken with leek & mushroom risotto, peas & a basil cream sauce

26th    Traditional Fish Pie served with runner beans & broccoli

NOVEMBER

2nd     Confit of Duck served with a bean cassolet, roasted peppers & pancetta

9th     Braised Lamb Shank with new potatoes roasted carrot & parsnip and cabbage

16th    Chicken, Leek & Ham Pie served with creamed potatoes, cabbage & gravy

23rd    Steak & Kidney Pudding with new potatoes, broad beans, spinach & gravy

30th    Evening at Stoke Lodge Hotel

DECEMBER

7th      Game Pie served with chunky chips, runner beans, peas & a rich gravy

14th    Traditional Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, followed by Christmas Pudding & Cream

21st     Roast Loin of Cod & Chorizo Stew served with crushed new potatoes & spinach

28th    Pork, Leek & Cider Pie, new potatoes, cauliflower cheese, peas & gravy
