DECEMBER

7th      Game Pie served with chunky chips, runner beans, peas & a rich gravy

14th    Traditional Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, followed by Christmas Pudding & Cream

21st     Roast Loin of Cod & Chorizo Stew served with crushed new potatoes & spinach

28th    Pork, Leek & Cider Pie, new potatoes, cauliflower cheese, peas & gravy

 

JANUARY

4th    Grilled Breast of Chicken on a bed of leek & mushroom risotto with sauté potatoes, asparagus & basil cream sauce.

11th  NB. Lunch will commence at 12.45 sharp. (DG and Speaker)

Confit  Pork  Belly  with  mustard grain mash, wilted greens, peas & cider jus.

18th   Poached Salmon with new potatoes, peas & French beans served with Hollandaise sauce.

25th   Mussallam  Beef Curry (onions, cloves, almonds,  garlic & ginger) served with saag aloo & garlic naan bread.

  

FEBRUARY

1st     Roast Leg of Lamb, roast potatoes, carrots & spring greens ,served with rosemary jus.

8th     Grilled Loin of Hake on  sweet potato puree, steamed spinach & broccoli served with tarragon butter.

15th    Cottage Pie with  braised  carrots, buttered cabbage & gravy.

22nd  NB. NO lunch at the RCH … it’s Scatter Week

 

MARCH

1st    Grilled  Gammon Steak with fried egg, baked beans & chunky chips.

8th     Irish Stew  with Guinness, herb dumplings, cabbage & carrots.

15th   Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding, roast potatoes,  glazed  parsnips,  broccoli & gravy

22nd  Malabar Fish  Curry  with  lemon rice  &  tempered  vegetables  phoram

29th Evening at Stoke Lodge Hotel   – refer to E’Board.
