SEPTEMBER

5th         Poached Salmon with new potatoes, asparagus, garden peas, served with a Hollandaise sauce. 

12th      Chargrilled  Lamb Steak, sauté potatoes, runner beans, chargrilled red pepper and gravy.

19th       Chicken Caesar Salad with anchovies, green beans, new potatoes and parmesan shavings. 

26th       Roast Loin of Pork  with roast potatoes, leeks, glazed carrots and a cider jus.

 

OCTOBER

3rd    Grilled Loin of Hake on sweet potato puree with steamed spinach & broccoli & tarragon butter.

10th  Mussallam Beef Curry (onions, cloves, almonds, garlic & ginger) with saag aloo & garlic naan bread 

17th   Braised Lamb Shank in red wine & herbs with new potatoes, broccoli & glazed carrots. 

24th  Grilled  Gammon Steak with fried egg, chunky chips & garden peas..

31st   Beef Stew with Herb Dumplings, new potatoes, carrots & autumn cabbage.

 

NOVEMBER

7th   Roast Loin of Cod & Chorizo Stew with crushed new potatoes, spinach & sweetcorn. 

14th   Confit Belly of Pork with mustard grain mash, wilted greens. butter beans & cider jus.      .

21st    Roast Beef & Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, brussel sprouts glazed carrots & gravy.

28th   Lancashire Hot Pot, creamed potatoes, red cabbage & green beans. 

 

DECEMBER

5th     Seasonal Game Pie served with chunky chips, runner beans, garden peas & rich gravy.      . 

12th   Chicken Jalfrezi with saag aloo, lentil dhal, basmati rice & a mini garlic naan bread.

19th  SURPRISE, SURPRISE !!      .
