2nd        Confit of Pork with grain mustard mash, wilted greens and cider jus

9th         Quiche Lorraine with new potatoes and rocket and fennel salad. Citrus Dressing.

16th       Roast Leg of Lamb with rosemary jus, roast potatoes, carrots and buttered cabbage

Edited to: Quiche Lorraine … this lunch will be served ”buffet style” and commence at 12.45.

23rd       Grilled loin of Hake on a sweet  potatoe puree and steamed spinach

30th       REGATTA – NO LUNCH

 

SEPTEMBER

6th         Chicken Caesar Salad with anchovies, green beans and parmesan. New potatoes

edited to: Chicken Caesar Salad …will also be a buffet lunch commencing at 12.45.

13th       Roast Loin of Pork with crackling, roast potatoes, runner beans and gravy

20th       Oven baked cod steak on a mild curried sauce with steamed basmati rice, poppadum and chutney

27th       Cold Buffet TBC
