5th         Cumberland Sausages, creamed potatoes, cabbage, carrots and gravy       

12th       Braised Beef with red peppers and port, creamed potatoes, sweetcorn and peas                    

19th       Scampi, chunky chips, peas and tartare sauce              

26th       Civic Lunch   (price tba)

               Braised Lamb Shank with red wine and herbs, new potatoes, broccoli and carrots.

Blackberry and Apple Pie with vanilla ice cream

 

MAY

3rd         Chicken Tandoori, saag aloo, spiced cauliflower and naan bread

10th       Pork Leek and Cider Pie, chips, peas and gravy   

17th       Oven Baked Cod in a mild curry sauce, curried vegetables, rice, chutney and poppadom

24th       Roast Pork with crackling, roast potatoes, cabbage, carrots and gravy

31st        Evening Meeting at Stoke Lodge.  Club Assembly  

 

JUNE

7th         Malabar Lamb Curry, aloo ghobi mateen,  coriander raita and poppadom

14th       Grilled Chicken Breast on a bed of sauteed  mushroom and spinach, new potatoes and tarragon sauce

21st        Traditional Fish Pie with glazed carrots and peas

28th         Evening Meeting at Stoke Lodge with partners. Hand Over Dinner (see E board)
